Txt. Peruchela Among the traditions of the Spanish town, they fit to be counted many and various. Defining in these lines the origins of each one of them an arduous work can result, but not so much, the to explain them, in a way simple and since a contemporary point of view. Our ancestors lived in this same place and also unique and exclusively of this natural middle, during scores of centuries, this involved to that were consolidated a series routine tasks for the constant production of food and resources. That food production and resources forms part of the traditions of the Spanish villages, as well as of all the villages of the world. In the life in the cities, they tend to forget and even they do not know the fundamental bases that conformed to the first towns.
